i recently had a customer ask me to make a lily pottery necklace, but requested it would have 14K gold chain and clasp. i have never made my jewelry using gold, but when i finished this piece, i was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out and am thinking about making one for myself...tell me what you think about the gold chain...

i wanna go back...

i had a fantastic time at the beach on Monday with my friends! i SO want to be there right now! it was a gorgeous day and there were TONS of starfish everywhere! i snapped some really cool picks! the textures were very inspiring!

Mast General Trunk Show

wow! what a weekend! the trunk show at Mast went so great! i snapped a few photos of my display and set up. let me just say, that the staff at Mast General is the most accomodating and sweet staff ever! every worker there was so kind, a HUGE thank you goes out to Mast General of Greenville for inviting me and hosting this show! and a HUGE thank you goes out ot my sweet husband for being there and helping me the whole show! this past weekend was great and a success! they've invited me back for another show before Christmas! i'll be sure to let you know that date when time comes.

after a fabulous weekend...

i'm off to the beach with my girlfriends! I had such a great weekend at Mast General with my trunk show, i'll post all about it tomorrow, but for now, i'm excited about a little break and relaxation, so i'm off to Charleston with my sister and best friend from college!

i've been working away in the studio getting ready for the trunk show i'm having at Mast General Store downtown Greenville on June 20th! i am excited and can't wait, but in the mean time i have so much to do!!! i snapped these photos of the earrings i made before i left the studio yesterday. i just love seeing a batch of jewelry in the raw clay...
