i was a big fan of Winter Song last year and bought it when it came out...i just found this lovely little video on youtube that made me smile and warmed my heart. it features the "winter song" ingird michaelson and sarah bareilles (two of my most favorite music artists! ;)

Lily Pottery at Mia Alexander Salon and Spa

for all of you locals, swing by Mia Alexander Salon and Spa on Stone Ave just off Main St. downtown for their holiday open house tomorrow 12-4. come familiarize your self with the friendly staff and their fabulous menu of services they have to offer. lily pottery and other guest artists will be there to help you get a little christmas shopping as well. there will be makeup sets and promotions, a drawing for prizes, and hand wrapped gift certificates just in time for the holidays. big news...

i'm moving!!! yep, lily pottery is scooting just down the street a block to a new working studio! my new locations is a fabulous little storefront location with big windows to let natural light flood in. the walls are brick and the ceiling is exposed wood beams. i'm so excited to get into my new little place and nestle in! stay tuned for pictures of the inside and out...;)

this weekend is FULL of fun things happening here in town. tonight is the 5th Annual Art Show at Fish Eye Studioshttp://www.fisheyestudios.com/. Crave Studios  and Lily Pottery will be there with our goodies for sale...Crave has some really wonderful christmas ornaments and fabulous pottery! then tomorrow night is First Fridays! whoo hoo!

so join us tonight 6-9pm. the admission to get into this show is a canned food item (or $2 at the door) that will benefit the Harvest Food Bank. come out and have a great time with some really talented local artists and get ahead on your christmas shopping!
